| Oh my gosh!! Cirque du Freak is one of my favorite series!!!! It made me cry and excited and all that stuff! I couldn't stop blabbering about it lol. I love it so much! After that I became in love with Darren Shan books like the demonata series! Oh my gosh you must read the demonata series too lol. All of his books are great! Cirque Du Freak was such a great book to read! :) |

| a perfect series for a horror luver. the perfect use of details and fear all melted together in perfect harmony. another series i had a hard time putting down. it was never far from me and i even bought all the books. the ending itself was perfect and couldent have happend any other way, even if it was unexpected. all was planned and plotted and used in great help. just to read it is not enough, you must put yourself in the story. you must live it and let it live in you, only then will you get the full inpact of this wonder ful series |

| I like books that are not so predictable. Cirque du Freak is one of my favorite books that I found very interesting. I read all ten books and fell in love with them. I, who likes stories of vampires, don't always agree with them because of the fact that they are overstated to facts about the myths of vampires. This book has a touch of uniqueness. Things come along unexpected. Basically this series is about a boy name Darren Shan who never thought of being beyong a human, since he never really thought of the existence of vampires, his friend steve, a believer of vampires, wants to join the vampires but is rejected by Mr. Crepsley the vampire. Steve, after being bitten by a spider they had stolen from Mr. Crepsley, Darren tries to find a way to save his friend. His only option is becoming a vampire. Disliked by the option, he comes a vampire in order to save his friend steve. Darren's death is false and he starts off to his new journey as a vampire. (steve his friend is madden and believes that Darren was a traitor. and so...the stories continue. |

| This is a book that's awesome! I've read it a long time ago, and still waiting for the next volume of series to come out. Basically it's about Darren Shan (same name as the author, i know!) that goes to a circus full of freaks. Driven by temptation, he does something dumb and starts this "adventure" with Mr. Crepsley. That includes, Spiders, Vampires, and action. This is one book (or should i say series) that you definitly should read! |
